so today was okay… until tonight… I need to work on not snacking as I work. All I ate all day was an apple and a grilled chicken breast with 3 mini carrots, and then I totally blew it with a few stupid marshmallows… ugh I just hate myself and cannot believe I am so weak and horrible. I need to work on this. No food. At all. Tomorrow is a new day and a new start. I promise not to eat all day and not to snack anymore in the days to come. If I want the life that I have chosen for myself, the fat stops here. There is so much to gain from losing.
